1. Do not share copyrighted material without authorization or proper attribution. Only post content that you have the right to share. Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
2. NSFW content is acceptable when marked Not Safe For Work (NSFW). Photos are considered NSFW when they depict sexual acts or nudity below the waist. When in doubt, use a content warning.
3. No AI generated images. However, it is acceptable to use AI tools in the editing process.
4. Hate speech, threats, or bullying of any kind are not tolerated. This includes any content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disabilities, or diseases, including targeted misgendering, deadnaming, or promotion of so-called "conversion therapy".
5. Users must comply with local and international laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Prohibited content includes anything related to illegal activities or substances.
6. Backup your photos! A casual reminder that you should always keep a backup of your photos. pics.lgbt is not an archival service, it’s just a place to post your work. We cannot restore deleted photos and should not be used as a storage space. While we do our best to maintain the server and keep it running smoothly, things can happen that may cause it to be unavailable.
